What is Valucomm Technologies’ (VTI) Warranty?

All of the equipment that Valucomm sells has a one year advance replacement warranty. 

What is covered under VTI’s warranty?

If a problem occurs with the equipment you purchase within the first year after receipt of the item, VTI will either replace, repair or issue in store credit at its discretion any item that becomes defective during the warranty period at no cost.VTI will only replace equipment with the original shipping method that was specified. Any shipping change from the original method is available provided the customer pays the total cost to ship the phone systems and/or parts. VTI will not be liable for any downtime losses, labor costs or any other damages resulting from any item sold or repaired by VTI.VTI is also not liable for any incorrect installation of any items sold by VTI.To request an advance replacement you must call us at our toll free number 877-293-0655. You must also provide either the VTI barcode or the manufacturer barcode from the equipment that was purchased. You will then be issued a RMA (Return Authorization Number) that must be written on the outside of the package before you ship it back to us.  You have 30 days from the date that the RMA number is issued to return equipment back to us. If we do not receive the equipment in that 30 day time period, your account will be billed for the advance replacement.       

What is VTI’s Return Policy?

VTI accepts returns on all equipment offered by VTI except for special order items; they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The restocking fee for all returned equipment and parts is 20%. Products must be returned within 30 calendar days of invoice. After 30 calendar days, no returns will be accepted. All items must be returned as received with all original packaging, documentation and accessories. Products that are incomplete or defective will not be refunded. What Payment methods are available?

We offer your choice of Credit Cards (VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express,) or PayPal.

What shipping methods does VTI use? 

VTI uses UPS for the majority of its shipments. If needed, motor freight services may be used as well. Shipping charges on are set at a published rate by UPS or the motor freight carrier. 

Where does VTI ship? 

VTI ships to all 50 states, as well as Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico. All orders shipped to locations outside of the United States of America (USA) requiring weigh bills will be subject to a $100.00 weigh bill charge. VTI will not be responsible for any import duty, import tax, customs fees or any other expenses levied upon delivery of any equipment shipped by VTI to any country other than the USA .These fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver. All shipping charges will be shown in your shopping cart after you have entered your zip code/postal code. Additional charges will be added for shipping outside the USA. Should any additional shipping cost apply, VTI will send you an email or call you requesting confirmation of such additional charges prior to shipping. All ground shipment orders received by 12:00 PM (Noon) MST on our regular business day will normally ship same day. All expedited orders (UPS Three Day, UPS Two Day, and UPS Overnight) received by 12:00 PM MST are will ship the same day unless VTI notifies the customer of any delay.

What if I refuse the shipment?  

If you refuse the shipment after VTI has shipped it you will be liable for the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

All discrepancies or damage must be reported to us within 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. You must call us at 877-293-0655 to let us know what the problem is so we can take care of it for you.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Residents of Colorado will be billed for the sales tax that is levied in their area. Purchasers from outside the United States are responsible for all taxes and duties levied by the country where the item(s) are being shipped. 

What do you mean when you describe equipment as refurbished?

Refurbished equipment is used equipment that is brought into our facility and run through our thorough refurbishing process. 

Unless specified, all of the equipment VTI is refurbished.
